Where can I view my minutes used or my billing?

If you have a subscription on SlideSync, you have a monthly inclusive volume of concurrent attendees and attendee minutes (event duration by concurrent attendees) that you can use for your events. Each additional minute and each additional viewer is associated with additional costs, depending on the package. You have an overview of your consumption in the section billing.

To view your billing, click Billing in the left main menu.

At the top of the page, you see the name of your organization and the type of subscription you have booked.

A table appears where you can view your consumption listed by month (Period) (2).

This is divided under the following columns:

  • Plan: Your type of subscription is displayed here.
  • Attendee minutes - global delivery: How many attendee minutes you have used in total via a global connection.
  • Attendee minutes - Server based ECDN delivery: How many attendee minutes you have used in total via a server based ECDN connection.
PLEASE NOTE: Attendee minutes are total storage minutes and attendee minutes (event duration by parallel attendees).

  • Storage Minutes: If you recorded and saved your event, these recordings and video files are billed as storage minutes.
  • Concurrent attendees: How many attendees were connected at the same time at your events (live and on demand).
  • Included: Attendee minutes: How many attendee minutes are included in your subscription.
  • Included: Storage minutes: How many storage minutes are included in your subscription.
  • Included: Concurrent minutes: How many concurrent minutes are included in your subscription.
  • Overage: Attendee minutes: How many storage and attendee minutes (event duration by parallel attendees) did you use in the billing month beyond the data volume you booked in the subscription.
  • Overage: Storage minutes: How many storage minutes (recordings) did you use in the billing month beyond the data volume you booked in the subscription.
  • Overage: Concurrent attendees: How many attendees were on at the same time at your events (live and on demand) beyond the attendee capacity you booked in your subscription.
PLEASE NOTE: When billing for concurrent attendees above the included volume, only the highest number of concurrent attendees will be considered. This means that only the event with the highest number of concurrent attendees will be included in the monthly billing. Concurrent attendees are the number of users attending a single event at the same time.

You can find a detailed overview of our subscriptions and your data volume on our homepage.
