What options do I have to send a video signal (stream configuration)?

SlideSync allows you to specify encoding settings and frame rates to get the best image quality for your event. To use external encoders or other options for streaming one or more video signals, contact our support team.

To get to your event's streaming configuration, click Events in the left main menu, select your event from the list, and then click Settings.

Scroll down to the Stream Configuration section.

The frame rate is automatically set to 25 fps (frames per second), if you want to change this, click into the field Frame Rate and select your desired number of fps from the dropdown menu.
