The Listen by phone function makes it possible to follow the sound of an web- or audiocast by phone. This provides the attendee with an alternative method of attending the event.
To enable the Listen by phone feature, click on Events in the left main menu, select your event from the list and then click on Settings.
Scroll down to the menu item Listen by phone (formerly: Dial in via phone: Attendee) and activate the toggle.
The menu item Phone dial-in will appear in the main menu of the event. There you can find the phone numbers (Germany, Great Britain, Sweden, USA) and the access code with which your attendees can dial in as listeners by phone.
This information also appears in the attendee view. To use this, the attendee clicks on Listen by phone (formerly: Phone dial-in).
