How do I produce a webcam webcast?
Click on your planned event in the calendar.
In the overview you will find the Live Producer tab at the bottom, as soon as you click on it, a new window will open
In the Live Producer you can:
- Upload your presentation via drag & drop
- Connect via video & audio
As soon as you have connected via Video & Audio, you will see "Video" in the window:
- The button to start the webcast
- The option to mute your microphone
- The option to mute your speakers
- Wwitch on your camera
- Blur your background
- Share your screen
- Display a list of conference participants who are connected as speakers
- Leave the conference
Once the webcast has started, you will see the word Live next to the event title, as well as a pop-up with the message that the event is now live:
In the Participants section, you can view the current number of participants
In the Surveys section, you have the option of activating/deactivating surveys by default
Under Settings you can view everything relating to the topic of questions or switch some settings on/off using the slider
To stop the event, click on the Stop-Button, a pop-up window will open to re-assure that you want to terminate the conference
After completing the webcast, if you have activated the recording, you can edit, view or publish your recording for participants in the Recordings section
