How do I invite attendees to my event?

You have created an event and you want to share it with a group of attendees? You have different options to do so: It is possible to use and distribute the public link that is automatically generated for your event. However, it is also possible to invite a restricted group of attendees via e-mail and personal access token. You can find detailed instructions on how to do this in this article.


You can find the public link both in the overview of your event and in the Invite attendees section.



A click into the Public link field copies the code to the clipboard.

You can also distribute the link directly via your social networks or e-mail:

To do so, click Share to the right of the field and select one of the suggested channels (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Email).

You will be automatically redirected to the selected channel with the link.
