If you want to find out if your device is compatible with SlideSync, you can easily run a system test. This test checks the essential system requirements for using SlideSync.
To run a system test, go to the public link of the event and then click on System test at the bottom of the footer.
The test starts automatically and checks the various requirements. In addition, a short video with image and sound is played.
- The yellow cog indicates that the test is currently running.
- If a blue check mark appears, the check of the component is successful.
- A red cross means that the test has failed.
- A successful system test is completed with a green check mark.
Click Repeat test to start the test again.
