What can I see in the analytics?

In the Analytics, you can view various data about your past event (e.g. requests; attendees by language or by country).

To access your Analytics, click on Events  in the left main menu, select your event from the list and then click on Analytics.

You can see the different sections of the Analytics:

  1. Requests (1): This shows, based on a timeline, how many attendees participated on your event in total and divided by language.
    1. You can move with your cursor over the individual points in time and see the exact totals.
    2. If you have set up an event with registration, the tab Participants will appear next to Requests. This shows the names of your participants listed and the total minutes they were on in your event.
    3. You can find further informations about the section Requests in this article.
  2. Attendees by language (2): This shows the percentages of attendees sorted by language.
  3. You can also list attendees by used browsers, operating systems, screen sizes, and players.
  4. Devices (4): This shows the percentages of the devices used (desktop, mobile, tablet).
  5. Countries (5): Using the world map, you can see the number of subscribers from the different countries.
    1. The strength of the blue coloring illustrates the share of attendees from the respective country.
    2. Using the cursor, you can move over each country and see the exact number of attendees from that country.
  6. Minutes (6): The sum of Attendee minutes is displayed. The totals of minutes are divided according to playout and languages. These numbers are pivotal for invoicing.

At the top right of the page, you have the following options:

  • Create PDF report: You can export the reports from SlideSync as a PDF document.
  • Calendar function: You can use the calendar function to determine the exact period for which the evaluation is to be made.
    • To do so, determine the start and end time (day and time) or select one from the predefined time periods.
    • To confirm, simply click on Apply.
    • The closer the time intervals are set, the more accurate the temporal evaluation will be.
