How can I edit the layout of the attendee view?

It is possible to design the public attendee view with SlideSync according to your individual wishes and use, for example, your own logos and wording.

If you have any other special requests or design ideas, please contact our support.

To edit the layout of your live event, click Events in the left main menu, select your event from the list and then click Edit layout

Subsequently, the editing view opens:



  1. On the top right you will find the option to switch to the preview (1) or to select one of three templates for your individual layout.
  2. You can insert, for example, your company logo into the image field (2).
    1. Simply click into the field.
    2. A dialog box opens, where you can choose from images that you have stored in your media library.
    3. You can also insert your image by drag&drop into the field Drag and Drop file here. To do so, drag the image file from your explorer into the field.
    4. In addition, you have the option to click in the Drag and Drop file here field and select the respective image from your explorer.

  1. You can also adjust the title of your event (3) or the date, time and timezone (4) here.
    1. To do this, click into the respective field and confirm your entry by clicking on the check mark.
    2. Please note that you will change the official title or dates of your event (your event will be saved with the new title in the settings)!
  2. In the video field (5), your video will be broadcast to the attendees in case of a live webcast. In case of a slidecast you can add a recording here. Proceed as described in 2.
  3. in the slide field (6), your presentation will be shown in the live view. If you have not yet added a presentation to your live event, you can do so here as well. Proceed as described in 2.
  4. In the text field (7), you can add a welcome text or further information for your participants. Just click into the text field. It is equipped with richtext editing functions. This means you can include text formatting, bullets and more. You can even add file attachments, more images and links to customize it to your liking!
  5. The button Phone dial-in (8) leads you to the view for phone dial-in.

If you have set multiple languages for your web-, audio-, or slidecast, another menu will open on the left side where you can switch to the respective language and edit the different layouts.
