Are you organizing a hybrid event in which attendees participate both on-site and online, or do you just want to use the interactive tools of SlideSync (e.g. the presentation, Q&A-Tool, or surveys) for your next on-site event? The QR-Code helps you to combine digital and in presence participation. After you create a new event, a QR-Code is automatically created for your event.
To get to the individual QR-Code, click on Events in the left main menu and then click on the respective event.
On the overview page you will find the QR code, which you can download as an image (png file) (1) or copy directly to your clipboard (2).
You can now show this to your audience at your on-site event, e.g. on printed flyers or on a large screen.
This leads the participants to your SlideSync event where they can follow your live presentation, take part in the surveys, or use the Question-and-Answer Tool. However, it is not possible to follow video or audio via the QR code.
Thus, on the one hand, you can have attendees actively participate e.g. in your surveys both online and in presence. On the other hand, it is possible to use interactive tools of SlideSync at your on-site events, even if you have not organized an online event.
