What do I need to consider as an organizer regarding accessibility?

Images:

Presentation slides must not be embedded directly in the video stream. They should be uploaded and managed through the separate SlideSync slides feature. For details, see the article “Making Slides Accessible”.

Videos
with Subtitles:

Texts:
