If you cannot start your event, the problem might be that you haven't allowed the browser to access your microphone and camera. Before your event can start, you must give your browser access to a camera or microphone. Further sources of error can be found towards the end of this article.
When you open Live Producer, a pop-up window will ask if you want to allow access to your camera and microphone.
Click Allow to grant permission.
Your setting may be remembered for next time or you may have to allow access again depending on your browser.
If your browser doesn't ask for permission and you still can't start your event, it may be because access was denied in the past.
You will need to go to your browser's settings to allow access to the camera and microphone.
You can read how to do that here: Chrome and Firefox.
